Guests will have the option to preview their own curated menu or to leave it up to the chef. All set up will be done up to an hour before the agreed upon start time. Most Chefs Tables last between an hour and a half to up to 3 hours, pace depending on guests. Our chef will arrive with everything necessary and will fully wrap up clean and sanitize all spaces utilized promptly after the last course is served.
