With Mesa Kita, I want to create a sense of togetherness where I feel it’s easy to play out differences. I’ve cooked everywhere from stadium concession stands to Michelin starred restaurants. I don’t have a “specialty” or “cuisine” that I “do”. Good food shouldn’t be inaccessible or exclusive to one setting..
